- Once production or processing has started, cancellation may not be accepted.
7. Delivery & Transportation
- Delivery charges are not included in the product price.
- All delivery, transportation, and logistics arrangements are the responsibility of the customer.
- Our team may assist in guidance, but we are not liable for any damage or delay during transportation handled by third parties.
8. Liability
- Azura Furnitures is not responsible for:
- Any damage occurring after the product is handed over or dispatched
- Delays caused by third-party logistics or unforeseen circumstances
9. Custom Orders
- Custom-made furniture is created based on customer requirements and cannot be modified, returned, or refunded once production has started.
